Wii Guns: Enjoying Shooting Games More

The Nintendo Wii was a brand new, exciting experience when it comes to video games and it brought a whole new, exciting element because of the motion controls available to control the video games.  You can move your arms around and play various sports games, and have a great time playing a new kind of games.  There are standard video games too that use the motion controls, and shooting games on the Wii are a great use of that.  The Nintendo Wii controller can be pointed at the screen to use as a gun.  You don’t need any special accessories or additional devices, just the regular Wii controller.  But, that isn’t as exciting for everyone and so various Wii accessories manufacturers have decided to come out with gun-shaped shells that you can put your Wii remote into, and bring your video gaming to the next level.

There are many different kinds of shells for you to place your Wii remote into to get that additional feeling of a gun while playing various shootings games.  Since they are simply covers, and don’t have a specific function it doesn’t really matter which one you get, but various types of games will feel cooler using a certain type of gun.

Wii Handguns – One of the easiest types of gun accessories to hold onto is a handgun because it only requires one hand to hold it.  The Wii Magnum gives a nice urban feel to your video gaming, and is popular among teens.  You can also get the original Wii Pistol which is pretty popular among younger kids, much like the original Nintendo Light Gun for NES.

Larger Wii Guns – Hunting games wouldn’t be complete without the Wii Shotguns and Wii Rifles that are larger and often require two hands, but can incorporate the Nintendo Wii nunchuk controller.

While there are many different types of Wii accessories, I definitely think that a Wii gun has the most appeal among all different types of gamers.
