Twitter is a great social media where you can send tweets (massages) containing up to 140 characters. People who decided to follow you will be able to see your tweets and you can see the tweets from those that you follow yourself.

To make people follow you, you have to provide them with some great interesting tweets that makes them wanna come back for more. You should never spam your followers, if you do so they will not be following you any more, be sure of that.

How you should use Twitter is up to yourself, it can be used in many way and it´s up to you to find the way that it´s works best for you. One way to use Twitter could be to follow people with the same interest as you and receive relevant news and informationon our iphone during the day.

Twitter can also be a great marketing tool if you are a small business owner. It allow you to keep your costumers updated and give them some special offers. Your customer service will all so be improved if you are there instantly to catch up on any given problems or questions  about your product/service.

Twitter is about relationships so you have to build a good long termed relation with you followers if you want them to buy your products or services. They may follow you for several months before buying anything for you, but if you provide them with useful and interesting information meanwhile they will finally trust you enough to buy something from you.
