You might be thinking about going with a stainless steel barbeque grill. I can tell you that this is a great choice in grills simply because of the advantage is has over standard charcoal grills. Your standard charcoal grill can take a longer amount of time to heat up enough for cooking, where as a stainless steel gas grill tends to start quicker and take much less time to heat up and cook the food on the grill. Having an electric ignition switch gives it a nicer feel than having to wait for the charcoal to be lit and get to temperature. This is one of the features that give it the advantage over your standard charcoal grill.

Having a fuel source of a propane gas tank underneath or to the side are great too because you don’t have to remove the grill to get at the fuel source for a refill if the tank has gone empty. With a house that has gas heating or just a gas line to the house you can simply hook up your grill and start cooking even without having the tank hooked up. This is a nice feature that is added to the house and helps a lot of people out so they don’t have to fill a tank every time they want to cook on the grill.

Clean up is very nice with a stainless steel bbq. You simply shut off the gas flow and let the flame die then you can even let it cool a little before wiping it down and there is no flare up from the water you use to clean the grill if it is still warm. Just a simple way gas can out do the charcoal grill when it comes to cleanliness. No dealing with a grill full of charcoals that need to be removed, and then disposed of, not to mention the dust they create, stainless steel is the way to go.
