We often talk about how can we cure Anxiety disorder but lesser also we discuss about what is really anxiety is. Anxiety was actually our anticipation for a dangerous future or when we attempt to imagine having less of the little that we have today.

How can one person suffering from Anxiety cure himself from that disorder? Many have came out about the things that can possibly cure anxiety lesser also were being proven about its effect. Medication also is there, but it is then said that too much taking medicine for curing Anxiety is not also good, because Anxiety were not even disease so I guess there is no need for us to experiment in taking medicine to cure an anxiety. I mean taking a medicine without any advice of an expert doctor is really a wrong doing and it is not a game wherein win or`1 loss you can still have the choice to play with it. Insomnia is a disorder that if you let it continue destroying your life it can be major disease that will bother you in everything you do, sad to say Anxiety come to us with our own doing also, that if we abuse our self into everything that will cause distress then it will really form an anxiety, since it can happened because of our own doing so better yet it anxiety can be cured also by self medication.

What are the best anxiety cures? For me anxiety can be cured by doing it with our own self, if you ask how would that be? The best thing to do is to discipline our self not to do things that might cause us to have an anxiety. We might encounter anxiety in our life once we can’t accept any disappointment because that will form depression and depression is one symptoms of anxiety, they say to avoid anxiety let us slowly learn to accept whatever failure we might then experience so it will cause us depression that may lead into Anxiety. Another reason is to always find out to yourself why are you feeling anxious whenever you are in a situation of being caught up with something that is terrifying, when you face to know the reason of when are you going to be anxious and not with any situation then that is a good way of curing your self from anxiety. To make it short and more appropriate the bottom-line is that we should always know our strength and weaknesses, when we know how to control our emotion toward whatever circumstances we might experience then we can avoid Anxiety.
