Simply Enjoy That Cup Of Tea Moment

There is something so relaxing about sitting in a comfortable chair away from the hurly-burly of everyday life, and drinking a cup of tea for one. This hot drink, which is drunk all over the world, can be relaxing and calming and warming.

But what is it about a cup of tea, but makes it so special, especially when prepared in a slightly ceremonial type manner?  I suppose it relates an awful lot to the wide variety of different tea leaves that are available. From Lapsang Souchong, Earl and Lady Grey, English breakfast tea, through two black, green or ginger and honey tea, the potential to find the perfect cup of tea for you is almost unlimited.

Just the just the aroma of a teapot brewing tea is welcoming and relaxing. How many of us can recall walking in out of the cold, or back from a stressful day at work, smelling the tea in the pot and feeling very much like we were home.

Of course, there are many people who find that their enjoyment from drinking tea is heightened by the method or process in which they make the tea.  Such people like to have special equipment, tea for one sets, or glass teapots so that they can watch as the tea leaves infuse the boiling water.  They may like to drink alone, or standing up, or relaxing in front of the television. Whatever they prefer, of course, they are perfectly entitled to do what they please.  Because that is what the magic of a cup of tea is all about.

So next time that you find yourself feeling tense, stressed or in need of some warming up, then why not treat yourself to a hot, fragrant and refreshing cup of tea for one.  After all, you almost certainly deserve it.
