May brides to be recently have been incorporating a Rhinestone brooch into their wedding outfits.  Many Couturiers of bridal fashion have been noticing a trend towards accessories made from this type of stone making a comebck onto the scene.  This microtrend has made itself particularly obvious when you look at the many vintage brooch bridal bouquets which are now being put together by brides.

Instead of going down the aisle with a traditional floral bouquet, many brides, maids of honor, flower girls and florists are choosing to instead go with a vintage brooch bridal bouquets.  Often the stones most commonly used when putting together a bridal bouquet of this type is using Rhinestone brooches.

Usually, a wedding planner (bride or externally hired) will go about collecting a number of brooches, and pin them into a dark (usually black or navy) cushion or foam bed, shaped in a similar shape as a floral bouquet would be, and wrapped in the same manner.  Often the results are nothing short of stunning, with the brides getting amazing feedback from the guests about how they appeared.

And the best thing of all are they are reusable.  A select few bridal stores actually offer a vintage brooch bridal bouquet hire option.  So instead of paying for a florist, you can just put them back with the groom’s suits the next day.
