Pump Your Chest
Your chest is made up of two main muscle parts; one is referred to as the pectoralis major which covers almost the entire part of your chest and pectoralis minor which lies directly underneath your pectoralis major. These are the major parts that you will need to work on if you want to find out how to bulk up your chest. So, here are a couple of exercises that you can do in order to develop and sculpt your chest muscles.
1) By far, one of the best way to build up chest muscles is by doing push ups. This exercise is not only the best, it is also the cheapest because it does not require any fancy equipment whatsoever and another thing is that, you do not need to enroll yourself in a gym just so you could do this. Push ups are not only great for your chest, it also develops your shoulder muscles and your triceps. You can perform this either on the floor or standing up against a wall.
2) Next fantastic exercise that will bulk up your chest is with chess press or more commonly known as bench presses. Keep in mind that an incline press will help develop your upper pectoral muscles while a bench decline will target your lower pectoral muscles. It is highly recommended that you perform all three in order to achieve fast and optimum results.
3) You will also need to do pec decks. This particular exercise is great for tightening and strengthening the inner part of your pecs. Remember to feel your chest muscles contract as you go about with this exercise.
4) Last exercise that will do wonders for your chest is with dumbbell fly. The purpose of this particular routine is to shape and tone your chest muscle. This will help chisel your pectoral muscles towards perfection. You can also do this in an inclined, supine and declined position.
