Ground beef can be purchased at 95% fat free. If you are preparing ground beef, make sure that it is well drained and it should only be used sparingly.
Skim, low fat and fat free milk and dairy products are also good choices. All types of cheeses should be avoided. However if you are selecting a cheese, be sure to get one that is fat free or low fat to assist the process.
