Part 3:  The Impeachment of Willard Mitt Romney: Adams, Jefferson and Madison ask what Rush, Sean, Laura and Ann won't

The conservative "elites" have shirked their duty to ask some deeply troubling questions of Mr. Romney. Since Jay Sekulow, Tony Perkins, the National Review, Ann Coulter, Bill Bennett and Rush Limbaugh are encumbered by sycophancy and numerous conflicts of interest and can't imagine themselves doing their duty, attorneys John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and Robert Paine will ask the questions that every American has a right to have answered.

We are at the impeachment trial of Governor Willard Mitt Romney. In the jury is every American serviceman who died for our unalienable right to govern ourselves according to the plain words in our constitutions. Robert Paine, who prosecuted the British redcoats in the Boston Massacre, signed the Declaration of Independence, was a Massachusetts Justice, Attorney General and Speaker of the House, began the interrogation (see Parts 1 and 2).

Behind Adams, Jefferson, Madison and Robert Paine are Washington, Franklin, Paul Revere, George Mason and Patrick Henry, who risked their "lives, fortunes and sacred honor" for constitutions now being surrendered to "pragmatism" with only a cynical pretense of a fight by Republican influence peddlers calling themselves constitutionalists.

   
President John Adams cringes as Governor Willard Mitt Romney tells him he is his favorite president and explains that when Adams and his co-authors wrote in the Massachusetts Constitution that the people are not controllable by judges' attempts to make laws they really meant the opposite.

President John Adams resumes his interrogation of Romney from the previous day:

Lawyer Hugh Hewitt advised you that the Goodridge opinion is "absurd in its reasoning and breathtaking in its arrogance (and) illegitimate, and the appropriate response will be to ignore it. Romney...ought to stand back and say no."  "In fact, if the court threatens (the governor or the legislature) with penalties, they ought to threaten back."

Why did you mysteriously ignore Hewitt's advice, and retired Massachusetts Justice Joseph Nolan and Harvard law professor Mary Ann Glendon, who told you in your office to ignore the court's illegal ruling -- and countless constitutional experts who were prepared to stand with you and call the judges' bluff?

Why did Hewitt's knowledge of constitutional law and convictions suddenly evaporate when he got money to write a glowing book about you? After you ignored her advice, Professor Glendon popped up on your Faith and Values committee and contradicted her private advice to you by telling America that you had no choice. How did you induce Glendon and Hewitt to contradict their original advice and join you, Jay Sekulow, David French and Jim Bopp in agressively subverting the Massachusetts Constitution?

Did you have anything to do, directly or indirectly, with the money that Hewitt received for writing his worshipful book about you? Did any of these people have any basis for expecting professional advantages if you won the White House? 

Are you aware that professor of jurisprudence Hadley Arkes observed in explaining your illegal use of the Goodridge opinion, that ambitious "conservative" lawyers have surrendered to judicial supremacy?" Is it not malpractice when lawyers such as Sekulow, Bopp, French, Glendon and Hewitt and Anne Coulter advance their careers by undermining constitutions they pretend to defend?

   
Willard Mitt Romney explains to President Thomas Jefferson how he was getting ready to fulfil his oath of office, follow the Massachusetts Constitution and defend democracy... but right then Justice Margaret Marshall and three other judges threw him to the ground and stole his only copy of it. And later that day his dog ate his only other copy.

President Adams yields the floor to President Thomas Jefferson, who begins...

Is it not true, Governor Romney, that the rogue judges urged the Legislature to change the marriage law, but they never even asked you to violate your oath, to ignore the Constitution, bypass the Legislature's exclusive authority and proactively intervene? Who forced or authorized you to order town clerks and justices of the peace to violate the marriage statutes by performing illegal homosexual "marriages?" Who authorized your Department of Health to illegally change marriage certificates without the necessary enabling legislation?"

Since the legislature never consented to "same sex marriage" how can you assert that it is "legal" in Massachusetts? What "law" were you enforcing, Mr. Romney? And since the state constitution, a model for the United States Constitution says in Part the First, Article X of the state Constitution, "The people of the commonwealth are not controllable by any other laws than those to which their constitutional representative body have given their consent," which constitution exactly were you upholding? Or did Jay Sekulow, the Alliance Defense Fund and Jim Bopp convince you that a court is a constitutional representative body?

Mr. Romney, did you not secretly promise while pandering for the endorsement of the so-called "Log Cabin" homosexuals in 2002 in a drinking establishment frequented by such persons, that you would treat the court's upcoming homosexual "marriage" opinion as trumping the Supreme Law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and its statutes? 

Since you shortly thereafter swore solemnly in God's name in the governor's oath of office to do precisely the opposite of what you promised in the sodomites' meeting place, were you not committing perjury when you swore the oath?

Since the Quakers do not swear oaths in God's name, the Massachusetts Constitution provides for them a variation of the same oath that you swore. That variation explicitly states that the governor's oath is sworn subject to the penalties of perjury, a felony punishable by many years in state prison. The constitution requires identical treatment for Quakers and non-Quakers. It is not logically clear, then, Governor Romney, that if the constitution explicitly specifies a criminal penalty for a Quaker, the variation of the oath sworn by a Mormon or other non-Quakers must implicitly incur the same liabilities?

Governor Romney, I have seen many men lose their sight and their limbs and die for what you have bartered away for your own political gain. I am alarmed at events on your watch. The American constitutional system for which the many hundreds of thousands of soldiers, sailors and marines in this jury died makes the people sovereign, not judges. Even the concept of three "separate but equal branches" is a fiction. The judiciary is constitutionally by far the weakest. There is no constitution that proves the inability of judges to make or change or suspend laws than the one co-authored by Mr. Adams, which you swore to defend.

Moreover, to cover your actions you've surrounded yourself with self-styled "conservative" attorneys who match in their subservience to judges the most radical revolutionaries of your time. But my compatriots have demonstrated your disregard for constitutional separation of powers. I want to focus on other aspects of your four years in the governor's office.

Why did you tell Catholic Charities that a state law required them to give foster and adoptive children to homosexual when normal mother-father families were lined up to take them? As former governor Dukakis said there is no such law. It was merely an administrative rule that you could have canceled with the stroke of your pen. Was this lie also in fulfillment of secret promises? 

Why did you tell Catholic hospitals that a law required them to issue abortafacients in violation of their religious freedom? Both your own commissioner of public health and Governor Dukakis said there was no such legal requirement. Another campaign promise, Governor?

You have boasted repeatedly that you won a pro-life leadership award from Massachusetts Citizens for Life. Isn't it true that MCFL's directors never awarded you anything and do not consider you pro-life? Isn't it true that you paid $15,000 and fraudulently arranged to receive something called the Mullins Award for Political Leadership from a local chapter?"

You recently said you support state laws that would force religious organizations that oppose homosexual to hire those who actively practice such acts? Have you not also told the Boston Globe that homosexuals should be allowed to lead Boy Scouts as scoutmasters? After your claimed pro-life "conversion," you signed a law subsidizing abortion as a $50 "healthcare benefit." You claim you were forced to sign by a law that the state must subsidize abortions. Who forced you to sign? How? Were you threatened with some cruel punishment? Impotent outlaw judges had merely huffed and puffed about funding "medically necessary" abortions – a number near zero. They admit they have no powers over you or the people's Legislature. The legislature never ratified any such law.

Remember those words that incriminate the many post-constitutionalist "conservatives" rationalizing your illegal orders after the Goodridge decision? "The people of the commonwealth are not controllable by any other laws than those to which their constitutional representative body have given their consent." The Massachusetts Constitution, again, Governor Romney. What part of "not controllable" did you not understand? What part of your oath of office did you not understand?

Why did you unconstitutionally incorporate into a government body a representative of a massive abortion factory to your healthcare advisory board? You struck out eight other aspects of that bill. Under the separation of powers there are three branches of government. Which of them describes Planned Parenthood: the Judicial, the Legislative or the Executive? And when did the sovereign people elect Planned Parenthood or give you authority to empower them to rule over the people?

Are you willing to release the exact amounts of money you or companies, organizations or persons linked to you or supportive of you have paid or promised to pay to "conservative" politicians, pundits, activists, leaders and in particular lawyers since the Goodridge decision? Are you willing to reveal and urge others to reveal all -- stated, implied or hinted -- career opportunities that might accrue to such persons who have overlooked or actively covered up your actions in imposing sodomy marriage?

The authors urge Americans to join them, WorldNetDaily's Joseph Farah and others in heeding the Founding Fathers' warnings and promising never under any circumstances to vote for any politician who has lied so relentlessly and trashed constitutional governance so ruthlessly as Willard Mitt Romney has. Never.
