Gucci Mane Music Has Atlanta Sound

February 23, 2010 | Author: Admin | Filed under: Arts and Entertainment,Music

If you want to listen to music that has some genuine, urban, Atlanta sound, then there is nothing better to play than the artist named Gucci Mane. He has been able to come out with a lot of successful anthems that give credit to the east side of Atlanta (where he was raised throughout most of his childhood and teenage life). He talks about having to work out on the streets and how he has had a tough time surviving through the violence of his rough neighborhood. Even though he had a lot of difficulty living in that particular environment, he has been able to stay motivated and move on to bigger and better things.

Nowadays, Gucci Mane music has been spread across the country through his shows and live concerts. Virtually all of his concerts have been sold out and people are willing to support his act in all major urban cities. People that grow up in harsh environments like eastern Atlanta usually have to push themselves very hard in order to survive through all of the violence. Additionally, they have to hone their focus towards their passions in order to get enough support to make it out of their poor neighborhoods.

What is the traditional sound of Atlanta that Gucci Mane has brought forward in his music? Well, most people would agree that the heavy bass and southern choruses define his sound. The sound of southern rap music generally relies on great beats and catchy choruses. The motto of Gucci Mane is to keep his lyrics simple so that a lot of people can catch on to their meaning. When artists get too complicated with their lines, the listeners may not be able to understand what they mean. It seems as though Gucci Mane has found the perfect musical balance and has been able to take his career to the next level because of it.
