To get the best results, nutritionists advise you to make at least three one hour “cardio” exercise sessions every week.

Another important step is to remove toxic substances from food. To keep the vital organs away from these chemicals, the body wraps foreign molecules in fat and cholesterol and deposits them around the waist. Therefore, by reducing the consumption of processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, sugar and tobacco, which have the highest concentrations of harmful substances you will reduce the amount of fat that is deposited on your waist. Instead, include more vegetables in your diet, nuts, whole grains and drink 4 pints of water to remove toxins.

To get rid of belly fat you should always maintain a correct posture. This can be achieved by exercises that strengthen abdominal muscles, the back and of the hips. Thus, Yoga or Pilates sessions are ideal to have a well defined abdomen and a healthy way of life.

Losing weight isn’t an instant process. You will have to set realistic goals and make sure you stick to them. The reason most weight loss programs fail is that the people following them quit too early. Don’t be one of them.
