Three, and this is something that will relate to the particular wedding venue that you are using. Some venues have restrictions as to how loud the reception music can be. And the size of the venue as well as the number of the guests present can affect how loud you want or the music needs to be. So let the bands know how loud or not loud they need to be.

Four, you will want to determine the overall professionalism of the band and quality of their performances. The quality of the bands website, video samples of their performances, and reviews from former clients are some of the best sources for information.
