If you happen to own a Polaris RZR, then chances are you probably enjoy using it. After all, it’s a highly capable ATV with excellent off-road prowess. But let’s say that you want to improve upon the performance of your Polaris without having to do a lot of work, all while staying within an affordable price range.

One of the easiest and quickest solutions is to simply swap out your 2011 Polaris RZR exhaust with an aftermarket performance model. There are plenty of aftermarket parts available for the Polaris RZR and along with intake and fuel injection modifications, aftermarket exhaust systems are among the most popular bolt-on modifications for this type of all terrain vehicle. When installed, these exhausts can easily add up to 4hp to your existing RZR’s engine configuration, making this one of the quickest ways of adding to your RZR’s performance.

2011 Polaris RZR exhausts can be a bit pricey, with most entry level exhausts starting at around $400. Higher end models can easily retail within the $700 to $800, with some racing grade exhaust systems topping out at over $1000. Most exhausts are backed by a warranty, although the length and conditions of said warranty vary by manufacturer. Some exhausts require the addition of a fuel controller, while others come equipped with spark arrestors and sound reducing tips for quieter operation.

Keep in mind that many states, as well as national and state parks, have restrictions on how loud your Polaris RZR exhaust can be. In some states such as California and on land owned by the United States Forestry Service, ATVs and other off-road vehicles can be no louder than 96dB. Fortunately, most manufacturers keep these requirements in mind when developing and testing new exhaust systems. This means that not only will you end up with an aftermarket exhaust that adds to the performance of your ATV, but it will also be relatively quiet.

Every single day our e-mail in-boxes are filling up with e-mails from vendors hawking their products, the “latest and greatest” of them all, so they assert. The majority of products are not worth even an initial look, but you’ll find exceptions… Some are in fact rather good, worthy of 2nd looks. For instance in the category of after market batteries a product called the Honda TRX450R Battery is springing up strong…

This useful product has been developed by Honda. What the Honda trx450r battery does good enough to rapidly grow its client base is is its quality workmanship and technological innovation.

Three unique features set the Honda trx450r battery aside from their closest competition. Those 3 unique and important features are its rugged maintenance-free design, it’s superior cranking amperage and it’s quality backed 1 year limited warranty. Let’s discuss all of those characteristics, in turn.

Completely sealed and maintenance free. This design eliminates the need to add water and prevents corrosion and acid spills on expensive paint and chrome. Being maintenance free means you don’t have to worry about it for the entire life of the Honda trx450r battery.

Much more cranking amperage than the competition. The lack of free electrolyte reduces resistance and produces 25% much more cranking amperage then the competition. 2% monthly discharge rate means your bike can sit for an extended period of time without constantly monitoring it with a battery charger.

Not only having peace of mind that your ATV will crank every time you turn the key but also the knowledge that if it doesn’t you are covered by Honda’s exceptional warranty.

the Honda trx450r battery installation is extremely easy as its made to OEM specs to fit perfectly in the space provided.

Summarizing, the Honda trx450r battery has a great product, just loaded with superior features. It has a fast-growing new client list. If you plan to be active in its area of use, it’d probably be worth having a closer look at it, maybe test it. A large number of happy clients are not often wrong… Get the full details

Kids motor scooters make an great present for children eight years and older. These machines aren’t just toys, but they’re additionally a great way for your child to get away from the TV for some time, achieve independence and physical exercise.

There are essentially 2 kinds of kids scooters for sale, an electric scooter or gasoline powered scooters. If your child is a beginner to this, then I might recommend getting him an electric motor scooter. Teenagers or older kids might prefer gasoline powered scooters for its extra speed and power.

In addition to your exciting search on the wide selection of scooters for kids, do not forget to buy a helmet for safety. Scooters and helmets as we speak are available in a variety of colors and designs and as such, motorized scooters aren’t just a toy for boys. In truth, there are even brighter colors available such as pink and yellow.

Personally, I really feel that electric motor scooters make the most effective kids scooters as they also teach them about protecting our environment. Unlike fuel powered scooters, an electrical motor scooter is a totally “environment-friendly” automobile that doesn’t give out any harmful emissions. An electric motor scooter additionally travels at a slower velocity and thus is a safer choice. It is not surprising that almost all of younger children want electrical scooters as most of them have a much less aggressive exterior in comparison with their gasoline powered counterparts.

Such scooters can be utilized to travel short distances. Your little one may travel to school on his own, or to his good friend’s home which is just a few blocks away. He might even help run simple errands for you, so long as he can get there and be back in 40 minutes, which is roughly how long the electrical motor scooter can last between charges.

It is somewhat a rare occasion when a biker wallet is bought. Almost all biker wallet users are men and it is an accepted fact that most men hate shopping that is why when buying a biker wallet, you should find a near perfect one that best suits the unique personality of the user. Whether you are buying it for a friend, for your husband, or you just want to own one, here are some important things to consider:

1. Quality

Looks can be deceiving. This is not always true though especially in buying wallets. Not everyone have this skill but there are buyers who will recognize right away whether a wallet has a low or high quality just by feeling the wallet. For those who do not have this skill, you have no option but to use your eyes to closely examine the whole wallet. Check the stitching and the quality of the leather. The stitching should be straight and parallel. As for the leather, it should not be too soft or too hard depending on the type of leather used. The leather should also be smooth and flawless except if exotic leather is used such as alligator, crocodile, or stingray.

2. Build / type

The traditional biker wallet is designed after the size and shape of a dollar bill which is rectangular and quite large. Not to worry though since manufacturers have made more than one build for a biker wallet. You can buy these wallets in a bi fold or tri fold model; but by doing that, you are stripping your wallet its true essence of being a biker wallet.

3. Design

The design of a wallet is actually the preference of the buyer. Some even buy fully customized wallets to satisfy their eccentricities. Anyway, here are some common styles that I would like to point out:

Cross-it resembles weirdness and coolness at the same time. It is very popular with male Goths.
Animals-whether it’s a dragon, a serpent, a lion, or an eagle, animal designs are a hit to men from all walks of life.
Patterns-if you do not want a stereotype masculine look, you can go for a design of patterns.

Be sure to buy a biker wallet that is both affordable and durable. If you are a dude, I’m sure you hate shopping for these things so be sure that what you buy will be replaced after a long time. If you are a woman, save your boyfriend or husband the trouble of buying wallets all the time by choosing sturdy ones.

Did a President of the United States ever receive a Harley Davidson belt buckle as a gift? In 1986 President Ronald Reagan toured the Harley plant in York, Pennsylvania. That factory had begun to turn out Harley cycles soon after 1973. That was the year when one businessman bought the building that used to house AME, Inc.

During World War II, AME, Inc. had made bomb casings. Later it produced bowling balls. Both of those items predate the emergence of interest in bike related products.

When Reagan visited the factory in 1986, the Harley executives were just beginning to benefit from certain changes in U.S. trading policies. Protective tariffs had provided those executives with useful time, time for improving their two wheeled product. Those improvements led to a rising interest in motorcycles and all related bike gear.

Today the manufacturing facility in York, PA serves as a testament to the success of America’s only U.S. based motorcycle maker. Indeed that plant seems a bit out of place, there amid the rolling farmlands of that particular county. Yet that plant relies on its overhead conveyor assembly to facilitate production of a steady stream of cycles.

Next to that plant, visitors can examine the pictures and other objects that reveal information about the plant’s history. They can also visit the attached shops, where they can find all sorts of cycle related gear. However, it is not clear just where all that gear is made. Nor is it clear just which items are most popular.

Certainly, one would suspect that any item offered to a visiting dignitary, such as the President, would be one of the more popular items. Perhaps it was a Harley Davidson belt buckle. If so, then one wonders if it was the simple Vintage Buckle or the one with a skull and cross bones? If your looking for accessories, try doing a search online for a belt buckle finder which will help you find the right product for you.

Monster truck shows travel all around the country displaying huge jacked up trucks that race through mud, crush cars, and even transform into dinosaurs that eat cars. But where did this all start? Who was the original monster truck?

BigFoot, created just outside of Missouri in 1975 by Bob Chandler is recognized as the first ever monster truck. Chandler was an off-road enthusiast and would take his Ford F250 out on the weekends for a little fun. He soon noticed that there was a shortage of places to buy new parts for his 4×4 and along with his wife and friend opened a parts store in Hazelwood, Missouri which remains the headquarters for BigFoot.

The first BigFoot was created when Bob tested out a military theory to have steering capability on both the front and rear axles. He then equipped his truck with military axles and 48 inch terra tires and his Ford F250 became the lifted Ford F250 known as BigFoot. Bob first used the truck for recreation and to promote his business. However, in 1979 he performed a truck pull with BigFoot in Denver and shortly thereafter began performing at other truck shows around the country. But it wasn’t until 1981 when BigFoot performed the worlds first car crash that the monster truck craze was born.

Demand for BigFoot began to rise and it soon began performing car crushes in stadiums. The first stadium event took place at the Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan. Ford caught wind of the “monster truck” in 1983 and sponsored the vehicle until 2007. Ford dropped their sponsorship for 2008 which left Bob with a serious business decision. BigFoot had been a Ford since the beginning but to gain a new sponsorship he might have to change. When a deal for sponsorship with Chevy was reached, BigFoot became a Chevy Silverado after 33 years being a Ford F-series. The engine of course was changed to a Chevy as well with Bob Chandler stating that you don’t run a Chevy without a Chevy engine. “I’m not into mixing brands.”

Reaction to the change has been mixed. Long term fans have been accustom to BigFoot as a Ford and many of them consider the change a betrayal. Some Chevy fans were ecstatic stating on various auto forums that they always liked BigFoot but now they like it even more. Others simply saw it for what it was. A business decision. Its hard to blame a guy for taking the money, especially during these economic times and after all, it was Ford’s decision to give them the boot in the first place. I guess if you wan to be mad at someone, give Ford a call.

If you have an RV or you are about to purchase one, you will soon realize the importance of your RV battery bank. All of the electrical items in your RV run off of your RV batteries and some of them are drawing power all the time whether you realize it or not. Even if your refrigerator runs off of propane, it still requires a constant source of 12 Volt power. The CO2 detector and your radio’s memory (for time and pre-programmed stations) will also continually draw power. We call these “phantom loads” because they are drawing power from your RV batteries even before you turn anything else on such as the lights or the radio.

One of the first lessons that I learned when I purchase my first RV was that the battery that came with it did not supply nearly enough power. There I was in the middle of the woods on my first trip and by the following morning my RV battery was dead and I had no way to recharge it. I simply did not realize how much power I needed vs what I had available. As I started to research the problem I realized that if I was going to camp in the middle or nowhere like I wanted, far from any RV parks, that I would need a lot more batteries than what was originally supplied with my RV as well as a way to recharge them when they got low. Learning how to properly monitor and maintain my batteries and not drain them below 50% was a whole other story.

If you are planning on just driving to an RV park and plugging in then the batteries supplied with your RV will probably be sufficient to get you there. If you want to truly camp out, you are going to have to add some batteries to your RV and take a few things into consideration. First you are going to need to know how much power you need. Determining that is beyond the scope of this article, however, I will tell you where you can find the necessary information at the end of this article. Once you have determined how much power you need, you are going to have to determine how to properly size your battery bank to supply the necessary power. Finally, once you have determined how much power you need and how large to size your battery bank, you are going to have to come up with a plan on how to recharge them so they are continually maintained. This is usually accomplished with a generator, solar RV panels, or a wind turbine.

Although this all sounds complicated, there is help available. When I bought a new RV to travel across country, I spent a year learning and planning about all of these topics so that I could properly outfit my new RV. I documented it all for others to learn from and you can benefit from what I learned at http://www.solarrvpanels.com/.

The Honda TRX450R was built from day one as a high performance ATV. It has been regarded over the years as one of the finest racing quads made. There are virtually hundreds of aftermarket parts that you can get for this model and the exhaust is one of the first places to look if you want to get more horsepower.

Even though the 450R basically drives off the showroom floor with high performance parts in place, a good aftermarket exhaust is always worth adding. There are many choices available and much depends on what your individual needs are based on the type of riding being done. There are a couple Honda TRX450R exhaust systems that are worth mentioning and will give your quad plenty of extra punch.

If you just want something that will give you some nice power but price is a consideration as well, you should opt for a good slip-on pipe. Duback Racing manufactures a awesome slip-on exhaust for the TRX450R that gives excellent low end torque as well as good mid and top end as well. A great all around exhaust at a very good price of under $300.

For the racer who is looking for a full system and does not mind a little higher price, the Pulse Charger Exhaust System is a great choice. Manufactured by Vicious Cycle Performance, the Pulse System is effective through the entire power band with awesome throttle response as well as top end power supplied by the huge vacuum created by the pulse charger. This exhaust comes in at a little under $600 but is worth it if you are a serious racer.

There are several choices available if you are looking for a aftermarket Honda TRX450R Exhaust. Much will depend on your riding style and budget. Just be sure to do some research and you will find the perfect exhaust solution for you.

Anytime you can improve the visibility of your vehicle and trailer on the road, it is a small price to pay for the extra safety measure. The trailer lights installed from the factory are usually the most inexpensive models available, and on a very sunny or bright day, drivers following behind may not see the filament type bulbs as well as a new set of LED brake and signal lights. The newer selection of light emitting diode illumination will last longer, shine the brightest, and require little to no attention for the life of the product.

The light sub assemblies are fairly standard, and replacements can be purchased at feed and farm supply stores, new trailer sales lots, and of course the super auto part discounters in your area. Matching up your old lights with the newer technology products will be a snap using the LED trailer lights guide that will be on display near the product selections, or behind the counter as a reference for the your auto parts representative. The pricing point will be about two and one half times higher then what you are used to paying, but the results will immediately qualify the extra funds that you have spent on the upgrade.

There are optional lighting systems that you can place on your trailer that will animate the lighting execution to garner more attention when applying the signal indicator, or the brakes, thus increasing your visibility level even more. Be sure and go by a state vehicle inspection business, and ask if they are legal in your state, as it would be a waste of money if you failed the yearly required state inspection. Also be sure and stick with DOT approved led lights, as there are many imported systems that have not gone through the approval process, and are sold as novelty or for off road use only.

Cars are of great use in terms of daily travels and escapades out of town. However, that is not the only purpose of cars. These are now considered toys because of the tons of money people all over the world are investing on accessorizing and spicing them up. One of the most essential accessories in making a car stand out would be rims. If one wants to pimp out his car, then going for big and attractive rims is the best way to go. It has been said that the bigger the rims of a car are, the more attention it’s going to get. So if you are the histrionic type, this will surely work great for you.

One of the preferred sizes for rims nowadays are 22s. 22 inch rims for sale are easy to spot both at online stores and at local auto body parts shops near you. In choosing rims, size truly matters. These rims have been part of the craze of putting “bling” into cars for quite some time now. These have gained much popularity as a choice because of their ability to boost the aesthetic appeal of cars off the roof. This is also the reason why numerous car rim brands are getting established nowadays, with each one producing tons of designs daily.

22 inch rims often work great for bigger cars especially SUVs. After putting on a set of these on an SUV, one can easily recognize the difference in its look. In today’s world of looks and outward presentation, it is indeed important for you to get your look straight. In turn, car owners are looking for ways to improve the same appeal on their cars to bring themselves in the middle of the spotlight. Aside from improving the aesthetic value of a car, 22s have also been seen to improve its performance.
