The time in history that concerns us and all people interested in the “digital camera” is the decade of the 1920′s.  It was during this roaring decade that the video camera tube was invented.  If you were to follow the lineage of the video camera tube it would lead slowly, yet directly, to the digital camera.

Once we get to the invention of the digital camera it is just a hop, skip, and jump to the high definition camcorder.  It was Eastman Kodak that set the wheels in motion for the mass popularity of the camera with its extremely popular Brownie model.  The Brownie was inexpensive and took remarkably good photographs for a camera that was invented in 1900.

So what exactly makes a high definition camcorder so especial?  Let’s take a look at what high definition is and how the camcorder utilizes this technology to deliver superior pictures.

The first thing you need to realize is that any video or photographs taken with a digital high definition camcorder will have a much better resolution then any similar photograph produced on a standard definition camera.  Standard Definition produces images that have a resolution of 640 x 480.  These numbers are similar to the numbers you see advertised on high def televisions.  The 640 represents the pixels of data that carry color information in the horizontal mode.  The 480 represents the same information in the vertical direction.

The best high definition devices including camcorders have a resolution of 1080.  Having 1080 pixels means that each frame will record with a ratio of  1920 x 1080.  This is almost a seven fold increase over the resolution you could reasonably expect from a SD camera.

Another key difference between high definition and standard is that high def camcorders are able to record with a  wider spectrum of colors than their standard counterparts. High definition will make any film recordings you make more realistic. However, high def camcorders can vary when it comes to color recording capabilities. Usually, you must pay an elevated price for the video cameras that have the capacity to record the best quality of images, but when you are really keen to create the very best quality footage possible, then buying the highest quality camcorder you can find is well worth the investment.

Regina Jeffers is able to mix old characters with new, exciting storylines and the outcome which are absolutely memorable. Jeffers has no problem bringing the Regency era to life and recreating a thoroughly snobbish Fitzwilliam Darcy. This story is yet another excellent variation to the many well-written P & P sequels that pick up where Jane Austen left off.

It takes true talent to take a classic piece of literature, put a twist on it, and still stay true to the characters. Regina Jeffers has wowed us with this amazing work of art which does just that. This Darcy and Elizabeth are the main characters that everyone has been so deeply intrigued with, nothing more and nothing less. The author has effectively written a plot in which the characters fit into perfectly.

In this interesting novel Elizabeth and Darcy have to find some sort of balance in their lives, while the take a winding journey back to the love and happiness they had found. We journey along with them as they try to rebuild there futures together. We witness the good times and the bad times as well. In getting to see the whole story we have a better understanding of their lives together, rather that bits and pieces here and there.

Darcy’s Dreams by Regina Jeffers is a beautifully written a romance novel that is just as entertaining as it is imaginable. As we read about Elizabeth and Darcy’s long road to love, we are nothing less than satisfied when it is all said and done.  If  you have enjoyed other Regina Jeffers novels, this one is just as good. Be sure not to miss it!

D. Eric Patrick Clapton
Eric Clapton is an English blues-rock artist known for his conception of the blues rock genre.  Like Jimmy Page, he was also inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  The Rolling Stone placed Eric Clapton as No. 4 in the list of “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.”

The people who flocked to see Titanic were most moved by the love story between Rose and Jack. Jack was a poor artist from the bottom deck, and Rose was a rich girl from the top deck. It is a bittersweet film which had to end in tragedy. It is thought of as one of the saddest movies ever.

The Notebook. Based on the Nicholas Spark’s book of the same name, The Notebook is a love story which spans many decades. It starred real of-screen couple Rachael McAdams and Ryan Gosling as a couple who lost and found each other over the years. The pair were credited with having amazing on-screen chemistry. The Notebook is a very sad film. A box of tissues should be kept handy when watching this sad love story.

A Walk to Remember. This is another film based on a Nicholas Sparks book. A Walk to Remember stars Mandy Moore in her first venture onto the silver screen. She plays a shy, reserved high school kid who falls in love with someone she shouldn’t. It is a tale about the consequences of a love story that crosses social boundaries. A Walk to Remember has a very sad final act.

P. S. I Love You. This film was shot in the countryside of Ireland and contains a lot of pretty scenery. It also contains a lot of sad moments as Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler take viewers on the journey of their tragic love story. The film is about love surviving after death. It is one of the saddest love stories of the past decade.
