The first is to lay flat on your back, place your fingertips just behind your ears and touch opposing elbows and knees. When the other leg is extended, point the toes and fully extend the leg for best results. The second is much like the first other than you are standing. Quickly lift the legs to the opposing elbow. Increasing the speed and slightly hopping maximizes your results. It is important to flex and hold the abdominal while doing these exercises, without doing this; you can get a Buddha muscle belly instead of a flat belly.
With persistence and some hard work doing six pack exercises, it will not be long until you start to feel and see the results of your ab exercises. Six pack abs are attainable for anyone you just need to stick with the right exercises to work all the muscles to get that sexy tummy.
