Astral Projection And Isochronic Tones

Astral Projection is the unusual state in which our consciousness separates from our physical body and is left to interact with the environment in an altered fashion. As such, it is able to perceive more than it usually can with the physical senses.

The conscious process through which this can be achieved involves deeply relaxing the body to the point of it falling asleep while the mind stays awake. This can only happen when brainwaves slow down from their usual daily beta state (12-30 Hz) to the theta state (4-8 Hz) – which is a very slow, very calm state of mind that naturally occurs during dreaming, deep meditation and out of body experiences.
